Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete estimator to join our construction team. As a Concrete Estimator, you will be responsible for assisting in various concrete estimate projects, ensuring the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and setup of estimates

-Able to handle multiple estimates and give accurate measurements.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Concrete estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Skills:
- Negotiation skills for contract agreements with suppliers or subcontractors
- Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Construction estimating skills using software such as HeavyBid or Bluebeam or any software.
- Cost control skills to manage project budgets effectively
- Knowledge of construction management principles
